This is me applying a polyurea hard coat
to some giant bananas. Since 2006, I have
done all the spraying. Polyurea is a
two part mixture that is heated to 160º,
and pressurized to over 2000 psi. It gives
the EPS foam strength and impact
resistance.
I also do all the spray booth painting, using
acrylics, oil based, and urethane paints.
