This is the Jerry's Artarama Art Supply stores character.
For the new store in Austin, the owners wanted this 15'
tall version for their sign. The foam over the armature was
hand sculpted and given over 30 gallons of hard coat. His
palette and brush have neon accents, and the whole thing
spins on a giant rotator.
