This is a sculpt of a Senate door grill I made for
the LBJ Presidential Library. It was based of a
photograph of the actual grill, which was then
scaled to fit the set that the LBJ was building. We
started with a milled wooden template that the
clay was added to. After it was sculpted, it was molded,
cast in plastic, and painted gold.
